The Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front addressed the community as the Tet gifts were ready for distribution.

On the afternoon before Tet, the gifts were personally delivered to local residents in a warm and simple atmosphere. Sincere conversations and genuine smiles added to the meaningful spirit of the program.
